Before booking
You can contact us with your request and we will try to make it happen or suggest alternatives.
You can increase or reduce the number of participants for an event up until the registration deadline by contacting us directly. This means that even if you’re not exactly sure of your plans, don’t hesitate to book - you can adjust later!
Events in small groups (less than 20) are the best to allow all participants to interact with the host and each other. Some experiences might be suitable for larger groups, don’t hesitate to reach out and we can make it happen together.
At this time, payment for an event is required in full at the time of booking, by credit card. If you need to cancel, we can issue refunds for cancellations more than two weeks prior to events.
After booking
Step 1: You will receive a calendar invitation for your experience.
Step 2: You will receive an email including the signup link to share with the participants.
Step 3: Please make sure all your participants signup before the cut-off date indicated in the email.
Step 4: A few days before the event, you will receive the materials needed for your experience, if any are included. Your host will also add a video conference link to the calendar invitation.
Step 5: Enjoy your experience!

When you book an event, you will receive an email with a signup link to share with participants. They can use the link to enter their email to get added to the calendar event, and their physical address if there are any materials shipped for the event. Once capacity for the event has been reached or the registration deadline has passed, the signup form for your event will be disabled.
We will send you the registration deadline by email. For most events with physical components, the deadline is 10 days prior to the event. For fully digital events, it can be as soon as three days prior.
If the registration deadline has not passed, contact us with the modification and we will be able to help you. We can either issue a refund or add a new participant.
If the registration deadline has not passed, please contact us to rectify the address. If the deadline has passed, then the packages have already shipped and it is unfortunately too late. The participant can procure the items prior to the event or simply sit in and enjoy.
Materials are shipped many days in advance to ensure that everyone gets their package on time. If your event is in the next two days and you haven’t gotten anything, reach out to us and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Yes, all Cholla experiences are delivered online so you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own home. Some of them are entirely virtual, some others will include materials to source yourself or that will be shipped before the event. Details about specific experiences are in their description.
