Want a solid workout in a short amount of time? This 45 minutes High Intensity Interval Training class will check all your fitness boxes - cardio, core, strength and most importantly FUN. After a thorough warm-up, we will move into 30 minutes of movement that can be tailored on the spot to meet you where you're at. With options given for different levels of sweat (plus the option to take things a bit slower) you can walk away from this class drenched in sweat or simply invigorated and chipper - the choice is yours. The movements are functional and fun with enough cuing to get you in good form but not so much that you feel overwhelmed or left behind.

About Church of Sweat
Hi, I'm Craig (they/them) the founder and lead teacher/trainer at The Church of Sweat. I am certified in: personal training, yoga and meditation (500 hours), reiki (level 2) with master’s level attunements. As a former professional wrestler with chronic pain and spinal injuries, I have been using the healing technologies of yoga and fitness with myself and more recently, my clients, for over 20 years. I'm an adamant believer in safe and accessible yoga and fitness spaces. The Church of Sweat is a Queer forward, accessible, trauma informed space that promotes body-love, social justice and the cultivation of joy. My classes are chill (even when they are intense) and the vibe is down home and close to the ground. My hope is that, leaving one of my classes you feel more grounded, aligned, refreshed and confident in your capacity than when you walked in. Whether you think you can or think you can't, I KNOW you can.
