The Experience

Learn to make eclairs and profiteroles with delicious choux pastry! We'll do everything from scratch, the dough, a vanilla whipped cream, and fun chocolate decorations. You'll learn how to make the pastry, correct techniques for using a piping bag, variations on fillings and flavours, and presentation ideas!
